The combination of the filter chambers and the pumps created
a big series most different filter units. The cover the range
from 500 - 30.000 l/h. They are almost all equipped with a
pressure gauge, air release valve, splash guard on the lid,
a hand priming pump and an drain tap.
The most noticeable development in the youngest time are
our alluvial filter units. Quality requirements showed that
the filter capacity is a decisive factor. This knowledge leaded
to bigger capacity as well as a better filtration quality.
Nowadays an agitation of 10 times the continence of the tank
per hour are no exception. In modern plating plants for high
class surfaces as we know them in the PCB production and the
plating on plastic this is already state of the art. The rules
of protection of our envirorunent hardly allows the use of
cartridges and papers any longer.
Our alluvial filter units are a systematic solution which
respects these rules. In tead of bigger units we install one
unit per position. In this way each cell is filtered separately.
The complicated lay out of the pipes to realize a symmetrical
flow and agitation of the bath are not necessary any more.
For the filter we choose plastic alluvial elements. The are
covered with filter aid and are cleaned with only a few gallons
water without being removed. With the right filter aid it's
easy possible to filter < 1 mm. But for water and filter
aids there is no waste of expendable material.
Our concept provides that several filter units (10.000, 20.000
or 30.000 1/h) and a slurry tank are installed on stainless
U-section. Its a tum key plant. That means, that all the pipes
and valves are completely installed. Only the connections
to the bath have to be made.
These plants are also build on request. We also take care
of your special equipment requirements.
