A satin-nickel-aggregate is
a special feature. In addition to the filtration the main
duty is the condition of the emulsion. It's condition is most
important for the look and the surface quality created in
the nickel solution.
The nickel that has to be cleaned and conditioned is sucked
by the pump. Afterwards it flows through a two-stage heat
exchanger. Therein the liquid is cooled down up to the needed
temperature. The cooling liquids are cold nickel in the first
and cold water in the second step. The heat exchanger is specificated
in such a way that the cold nickel takes over the biggest
possible part of the heat and carries it back into the bath
again. During the cold phase the nickel flows through a stabilizing
zone which can also be used as an active carbon chamber. Afterwards
it's filtered through of cartridges. After filtration the
liquid flows trough the heat exchanger into the bath again.
Additional Bohncke also delivers extern stabilizing zones
which are used after the heat exchanger.
The regulation of the temperature is mechanical. It's simple,
exact and reliable.
To raise the quality it's also possible to equip the aggregate
with a frequency regulated adjustable flow control.
These aggregates are only build on request under regard of
your special equipment requirements. |
